What drives ecopreneurship in women and men? - A structured literature review

چکیده
Ever since global warming emerged as an issue and business usual has invited criticism regarding its ecological impact, entrepreneurs have embedded values in their entrepreneurial practices. Female male entrepreneurs, however, differ how they practice entrepreneurship. Differences motivations could affect adopt entrepreneurship (ecopreneurship). By developing a better understanding of the differences motivation, this study is expected to explain ecopreneurial behavior. Knowledge (gendered) drivers adopting behavior scarce scattered. This identifies reviews literature on gender-based ecopreneurship from three scientific domains: innovation, female Articles found Web Science that were published between 2008 2019 are systematically reviewed. The outcome conceptual framework, clarifying some practices entrepreneurs. article integrates knowledge within domains offers agenda for future research.
